yes as a matter of fact, last night i cross punched the punching bag too hard in kickboxing class and hurt my knuckle and my shin too from doing roundhouse kicks. i'm better now

I've pulled my groin and my back several times practicing fancy kicks at my taekwondo school. I know its not exactly working out, but it is close.

Tore my back up during powerlifting doin 515 on squat. couldnt work out for six months.
