OK, I'll add a few, since I am not a woman and am not an expert: Pantyhose, seamless bra, fashion scarves that can be used on the head, around the neck, as a belt, etc., sports bra. OK I give up. If no women know of anything, I guess there were none invented.

How bout those bras made specifically for breast-feeding moms? I haven't used them, but they seem pretty practical. Since women wore skirts until not too long ago, I will say the development of pants for women is pretty darn practical, although it isn't an invention, since pants already existed for men.

Bras. People may complain a lot about bras but it beats all that uncomfortable corsetry and scaffolding stuff that used to pass for women's underwear.

I would say "footless tights". I still haven't myself figured out why anyone would want them, but they still sell them so there must be a demand.

Ok so i know this isn't exactly clothing, but you do wear it, so... tampons.
