    there are no "good" or "safe" areas of Zagreb, neither are there "bad" or "dangerous" parts....it is just about the way you act..if you are rude, people will be mean to you and if you are polite, they will be kind to you...But I personally wouldn't recommend you to go to Dubrava or Dugave, especially by night. The safest part would be the center, around Ban Jelačić square
