How can I get a domain if a company (I can't contact) keeps purchasing it every year just to place a "parking" page instead of using it?

Here's the 'Who is...' of it; http://whois.domaintools.com/andale.net I missed the date but even still I can't figure how I would do it if they can just keep repurchasing it before it becomes available.

you can offer to buy it. or you can choose another domain. choosing another domain would be better. you could add an extra letter to the domain and you would get it. an extra letter in the spelling perhaps. or get the .net or the .org ending. you could add a number after the desired domain name and be sure to get it. a zipcode perhaps. you could use a hyphen and probably get it.

Whoever owns the domain is entitled to renew it as long as they want to. I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about that. It may be for sale. It may be this was your domain and you let it lapse. If so, they're holding it to ransom. It may suck but it's perfectly legal. If you have megabucks and some kind of right to that domain name, you could try the courts. Big corporations have done that to get (say) macdonalds.com from jamie macdonald who happened to have for it for his personal website
