Once the cat is grown up, it's unwise to let it drink much milk. It may cause it to have diarrhea and gas.
-
Yes, it's safe to let cats drink milk, but don't let milk take the place of water.
-
No...causes diarrhea, and prolonged feeding can lead to heart problems

Depends on the cat. Ordinary cows milk can upset some tummies because some cats have a lactose intolerance, just like in humans, and this causes diarrhea leading to dehydration and possibly other sorts of assorted organ damage and death. You can purchase "cat or pet milk" which is specially formulated to avoid these problems and promote a healthy animal. So, what do you do? If you can get pet milk, use this and water for your cat - if you can't, stictly limit the amount of cows milk your cat has access to and observe the results. Go from there. If you have any doubts, don't give your cat milk. Please also make sure that your cat has access to fresh clean water on a 24/7 basis. Goodluck

Small amounts for a rare treat won't hurt them. A half cup or so once in a while is fine. Daily feeding of milk can cause several problems for adult cats.
-
No, milk can give the cat diarrhea, also cat's can't digest sugar and milk contains lactose. Too much lactose can cause kidney problems later in life.
-
No is isn't really except in small amounts as a treat now and again. That's all my cats get. It can give them the runs because they can't digest it properly,

Cats tend to have a problem digesting milk. You can purchase special 'cat milk' but this is really a waste of money and you are better off diluting regular milk (with water) and giving them that instead.

they are lactos intolerant. They will have diharrea but i dont see any health concern.

Cats and cows milk is a false concept. Most cats are lactose intolerant. Please do not give cats regular milk. In most it will cause diarrhea and/or stomach problems. In kittens giving regular milk is dangerous to the point of being fatal. If they get diarrhea they do not have the strength to restore their body and in most cases become dehydrated and will die. If you have kittens given them something called milk replacer. You get it in most places that sell cat food. Its in a little carton like juice but not refrigerated. It is quite inexpensive and it replaces a mother cats milk but it does not have milk products in it. For more information on cats visit: http://www.tributememorial.net

Fresh milk contain high levels of lactose which cats are totally intolerant to and if taken enough into their system will cause severe stomaches and crams and diarrhea. If taken not enough they will feel uncomfortable inside but don't know how to tell you. If you must feed milk, choose the human grade with lactose-free types. Alternatively you could also buy lactose-free milk especially made for cats and dogs but I trust the quality of the human grade more.

Only if it's not powdered milk from China.
-
NO and NO!!!!!! Cats do not need milk... If you buy the right kind of food, they will get all of the nutrition from the food. That is all they need.

I just give mine small amounts as a treat and it has never been a problem. That and shrimp are my baby's two guilty pleasures :)
