I just got a Pet Bunny, I have a wire bottom cage. Should I put a towel or something down in a small area of the cage or will the wire bottom not bother my bunnys feet?

Most rabbits have enough hair on the bottom of their feet to protect them but you do need to clean the cage regularly and keep it dry as well. If it stays damp and dirty , even with bushy feet, your rabbit could develop sore hocks which are very difficult to heal. If you want to make a nice resting spot for your rabbit, try putting in a resting board, something hard, but don't use a towel. That will only soak up pee and moisture, stay dirty and get them to chew it and even eat it which isn't good.
