Help answer this question below.

Any ideas for a cover for an index finger cut off just above the first joint of my left hand.The fingertip has a small nail-like growth on the face.I am right handed.Thanks.

I would try looking up Tony Iommi, the guitarist for Black Sabbath. When he was young he had three fingetips of his hand sliced off and he constructed homemade prosthetics for them. I'm not sure what he used though.
