    Before I can answer, I need to know a few more details - did all three start at once? Do you feel like you have a temp? Are you over age 14 (this is a serious ?) If you dont have a temp and are over 14 try asprin or motrin or similar. If all three started at once you might want to see a dr. If started seprate, try heat for back and tooth, Ice for headache. If you are under 14 take tylenol or similar.
