Does the guy always have to make the first move to start a relationships or have times changed and girls are not as passive anymore?

I don't know if it is being "passive" so much as old-fashioned. Believe it or not there are still some old-fashioned girls, who are not old. There is a certain lovely symmetry to the way things were. The gentlemen indicated interest in the lady by asking her out on a date..the lady, having great interest in going out on a date, accepted graciously. Sometimes courtship ensued. There is a gentility and grace to that I think. Pushy women are not my cuppa tea....now, granted, I'm of the old school in this. Maybe men like aggressive women. I don't know. You must, since you used the word "passive". Passive is not complimentary. Happy Friday! :)
