I say that most are tied for the honors. It is difficult to compete for the (dis)honor of having the "dirtiest mind". I know, I have tried. ;-)

English with Aussies and Scots coming in a close second, Scots, Canadians, and Americans are about the same. However, if you go by what's allowed on TV, Canadians have Americans beat!
