Can watching TV too close or reading in the dark ruin your eyes? Or if you have glasses and never wear them, does your vision get worse?

    I have heard that these are all myths.

    There is an element of truth to the last one. When people get glasses, in almost every case, their vision gets worse. But it happens whether or not you wear your glasses.
