Can watching TV too close or reading in the dark ruin your eyes? Or if you have glasses and never wear them, does your vision get worse?

I have heard that these are all myths.

There is an element of truth to the last one. When people get glasses, in almost every case, their vision gets worse. But it happens whether or not you wear your glasses.

- wrong! Take a picture of a TV screen and see the picture? That is what your eyes are doing, filling in the lines and pixels, the closer you sit the harder they work and weaken the eye!
