Focus. Dont pay attention to how exhausted you are, but just make sure that you match his steps while he runs. As long as you keep your mind on taking stride by stride and keeping up, itll be easier to go farther and longer without needing a bit of a break. Remember to STRETCH before, and drink enough water. ;-) Best of luck ~+~
