  • if you give a false report of employment or credit referal you can be held resposible for major legal and $$$$ battles - don't do it
  • Tell her that you would love to help her, but you're not going to jeopardize your own reputation, career, and legal standing in order to help her out. Depending on the specifics, what she's asking you to do could constitute fraud.
