any hair you pull will come out if you pull hard enough.

I pull my hair back most everyday that I go to work when I wear a ponytail. It isn't likely to come out because it's long enough to wear it that way. Oh, I see..you want to know will you loose your hair..I don't think you will if you don't pull it too tight.
