I have a dodge caravan 2005 the radiator use red antifreeze, but by mistake they put green, what can happen to the car with the wrong antifreeze?

Most of the green anti-freezes can now be used in all coolant systems. Check the bottle that it came out of to see if it is "safe for all coolant systems".

The red antifreeze is designed to last 100,000 miles or 5 years of normal use. The green antifreeze needs to be changed more frequently. If you add ANY green into a system with red, you loose the long life and will need to treat the system as if it is all green coolant. To go back to the long life coolant you will need to do a thorough flush and fill.
