  • Watch your portions, its not exactly what you eat...just how much you eat. One cookie is better than 3, and don't be afraid to count calories or keep a food journal. I felt silly when I started a food journal in August but I've lost 10lbs so far just by watching my portions and keeping track on paper of what I ate.
  • Lots of sex. (with me of course, you will burn no calories with your bf)
  • It is never going to be easier than now to get control over this area of your life. I'm 20 years ahead of you and I wish I had done so when I was your age or younger. However, we can't go back. I also LOVE food - good food, gourmet food, even junk food. The think is, I also love healthy food and I realize I CAN choose that. Like you, will power is a problem for me so TODAY I had my first session with a trainer (AKA accountability partner) The first topic of discussion was diet (rather, LIFESTYLE). I started an eating journal several hours ago and I think this is going to be a turning point. Good luck to you. There are many WAYS to do this, but a WAY without a Y (WHY) is a WA (either a whine or a totally meaningless concept :))
