  • you have an air leak. check the following: 1. air dryer cartridge,it may have a bad o ring causing it to leak down. 2.glad hand seals. 3. air ride leveling valves. Try to find a quiet place to shut the truck down and listen for air leaks , it could be a brake valve on the firewall, a leaky red or yellow brake control valve, its just a matter of listening and tracking it down.....
  • Well you could part-exchange it for a good car, or just sell it for scrap metal value
  • You have got either a big air leak, or a lot of little air leaks. It could be broken air lines or loose fittings or defective valves, there are lots of places to lose air from including inside your dash. Usually you can hear a really bad leak when you start pushing and tugging air lines with your hands. When you get close the pitch of the hiss will change. Minor leaks are harder to find. Get yourself a sprayer bottle and fill it up with water and several big squirts of dish soap. Spray the solution around everywhere and your leaks will show themselves by blowing soapy bubbles within a minute or two. Work a small area at a time and check. Go over the whole truck this way and you will systematically find all your leaks. Don't forget inside your dash. You might be surprised how many leaks you can find in there. Good luck.
