Help answer this question below.

In your opinion, if somebody answers a question on answerbag with a hilarious, sarcastic answer, should they be downrated, assuming they did not give a serious answer along with it?

    You need some wacky, insane replies sometimes to balance out the heavy stuff. I only give positives to really good answers and occasional funny ones. Psycho answers get negative ratings from me.

    I feel that depends on how a person takes it and what type of question it is. People don't always respond the way we want them to, however, there are cases when a little sarcastic humor is inevitable. Not everyone will think this, but there are way more people here that may give you the answer you feel is suited. I don't personally rate a sarcastic answer down-I just don't rate it at all. But this is my opinion and scale of rating people. In the end it really is up to you.

    No. Because that's mainly what I do. I only downrate for false information or annoying or mean or just plain dumb answers.

    If you really think about it, some of the questions are sarcastic and hillarious, therefore asking for a hillarious and sarcastic answer. I personally rate the answers on honesty and wit.
