  • it's impossible to believe in a religion without being contradictory. Christian politicians put thousands into a battlefield, effectively giving them a death sentence. Thou shalt not kill (unless you're killing a chink, kraut, negro, or towlhead) seems to be the version they follow.
  • Yes, though you have to really know the religion to lay all of your cards on the table, so to speak.
  • Depends on how seriously you take your religion... personally I can't stand tarot cards, I don't believe in people being able to see my future. It doesn't have much to do with my religion, no where does it say I shouldn't believe in it. Well... it does say only God knows the future... but either way, I think it's possible if you define your own religion. In major faith based religions, tarot cards are hardly believed to be of any value.
  • Nope. To be a follower of Islam, you must follow the teachings of Islam, which stands foursquare against the teachings of palmistry, astrology, etc. It's not like a buffet, where your meal is "steak" even if you're piling abunch of other things on top of it. This is your whole philosoph we're talking about. At least show your mind the respect of having some consistency... Really, if you want to go around picking and choosing what you believe from different religions, just call yourself "indecisive" and leave it at that.
