Poor you =[ I'm afraid you can't put a time limit on these things, it varies depending on a LOT of things that happened during your relationship. Will you have to see him around the area / school / work / uni ? I found when getting over my ex, it was better when I made sure people knew I didn't enjoy hearing about him, because I know exactly how you feel, that is so annoying. I also made sure I didn't go out where I knew he would be, and I threw out everything that I connected with him. I downloaded lots of new music that had no connection with him - I also got a new haircut and went out for a flirty drink with one of my guy friends hehe. These things help a LOT! But I can't promise you it'll be easy. I really hope you feel better soon. xx

I came home last week and my bf moved out while I was at work:( I know what you're going through. It's only been a week, and it's getting easier. I think it's easier because I know I deserve better. But it helps to keep a friend around. I got all my friends together and played cards. I went shopping. I learned a new song on my guitar. I took all the stuff out of the house that reminded me of him. I still cry all the time. But it gets better....it has to...right? Theres not just one person out there for you....whats the fun in that??? It'll pass...just keep yourself occupied:)

Sweets I'm not even going to start telling you its gonna be ok soon - trust me - you can read my questions from a month ago and I was in the same place! its excruciating. Particularly when you can't see a valid reason why it should be over! All I can tell you is little by little it does get easier, what you need to do is separate your heart from your head and try to put things into perspective - why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you? Why is this relationship really over? If you got back together would it really make sense? Can you improve things? What helped me talking things out and then writing a very honest letter to him. There is a song called "I can't make you love me if you don't"... its sad but true. WHo knows - maybe some force will bring you back together, but it the meantime it is important to have self-respect, build your confidence and know that you are a person who is deserving of love and that love will come in time. Things will never stop reminding you of him, but its the way you deal with it thats important. You can email me if you want to talk - I know what you're going through. Take care!!
