That's just awful.

What. Like a supermarket? That's weird.

Why should it be inappropriate. They felt comfortable and I am sure they were showing off. what may seem wrong to one is not wrong to another. Personally if they were completely nude that would have been their business and none of mine. Morals are what YOU are comfortable with but don't try to force your morals on another person; there is way too much of that now and look at the problems it causes!

It seems daring and some places dont allow that kind of dress.
-
I believe that type of dress should be reserved for the beach or the pool.

Yes, I do think it is inappropriate. The food market is not the beach. I live in a small college town and I see this all the time. They do it for the shock value. If it's not bikinis then it's skimpy sleepwear. In as much as I don't mind looking, I don't want their "critters" jumping into my veggies. It is also disrespectful to the old folks that have to shop there too.

Unless the market is on a boardwalk or something, that is inappropriate. What happened to no shirt, no shoes, no service? Geez.

If it were a block from the beach, in great weather during a busy weekend, I think it is very inappropriate. Why is it okay to dress like this and many places won't let a man walk in without a shirt lol! Might as well all go in our underwear
