Probably a Cookies problem. In your browser you need check the privacy settings. If you use IE this means going to Tools>Internet Options, then clicking the Privacy tab. The slider should be at medium or medium-high (depending on the version of IE) and then this should work. If the slider was on a higher setting than this then that was probably your problem. If you need help with privacy settings on another browse or this doesn't work, just comment. Hope this helps. +2
