"Electrical" relates to the development and delivery of the electrical energy to the various devices that perform specific functions in a given environment, like electric wires/ cables, resistors are passive i.e. they do not require a power supply for operation. Secondly, the output power of the signals applied to them can never exceed the input power i.e. there is no power amplification. Where as "Electronics" relates more to the complex functions performed within a given device, more often by circuits comprised of many micro electronic sub components that make up the structure of a single micro electronic component.Electronic components like valves, transistors, ICs, etc. are active components. They need their own power supply for operation and also, depending on the design, may or may not provide power amplification.
