  • I treat all humans with a basic level of respect for their rights. Any respect beyond that is earned. I learned this the hard way. As for service, I try my best to help others. I usually end up helping others and neglecting myself. I try for a balance between the needs of self and the needs of others, but really need to work on the self-love a bit more.
  • I guess I am.. I worry about others and I care for their comfort.. ------------ I respect everyone, no matter where they are from, or what they think..
  • I think I'm balanced about it, I look out for myself first, but, I make myself available to folks I think I can help.
  • I try very hard to take a balanced approach to this. Sometimes I succeed and other times I am too far one way or the other. The older I get, the better I get at maintaining that balance though :)
  • I've always been there in service to others but I need to start looking out for myself.
  • I think the reason we're here is to help one another. Does that answer your question? :)
  • This is not an "adult" category, so I will be as tactful as I can be ... in the "adult" subjects, I am of the mind that I am here to service others. . With just basic humanity in mind, I like to try to strike a balance between helping others and graciously accepting help from others. I care enough about people to be concerned when they are down, but I am also cognizant of my limitations.
  • if the world had the attitude of serving each other, how different things could be! i try not to expect too much of others, this way if i never receive in return i won't be too disappointed! at the same time i sincerely believe that when man and woman were created, it was for the purpose of serving each other. i try to live by this creed. so true the words of jesus christ that "there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving." (acts 20:35)
