I have a 01 chevy impala I just replaced the ignition cylinder everything turns on but the car is dead I tied the ten min thing to reset unpluged the battery still nothing what can I do?

Your body module needs to be reflashed, or programed. This is done with a scanner. Call your local dealer and see if they'll do it for you. This is a safety feature so a thief could'nt steal your car and replace the ign. switch and drive it.
