I have a 2001 buick lesabre and its showing code 0300 multiple engine misfires i have changed the plugs and wires and coils, is it the timing belt or a sensor, its runs really rough like it a 2 cylinder

Try cleaning your Mass Air Flow sensor. Parts stores sell a spray cleaner for this, DON'T use anything else to clean it (no carb cleaner, WD40). One other thing, does your engine have a black plastic upper Air Plenum? If so, has your coolant level been going down? Some of these Plenums burn or crack where the EGR flow enters it in front of the Throttle Body and coolant enters the intake. I changed my Plenum yesterday and no coolant but I found where my guart of oil has been going between changes!
