I find that an hour of moderate exercise each day really helps me feel energized. It may take a few weeks to work, but if you can keep at it, it is foolproof.

Try a different doctor. Some conditions are so vague that they can take years to diagnose. Go to a doctor with a specific list of symptoms and specific questions. It took me thirty years to get a diagnosis on my Fibromyalgia. Part of the reason was that I had so many different illness and so many sypmtoms that it took a while to find a doctor that didn't immediately go to "hypochondriac." I also wasn't really aware of how much pain I was in because it had crept up on me slowly and I was out of touch with what "normal" felt like. It took finding a nurse practioner who has fibromyalgia to get a diagnosis. There are a lot of different diseases that can cause tiredness as a symptom. You might want to start with getting your thyroid and blood sugar tested. Sleep disorders are another common cause. Fibromyalgia causes exhaustion because the pain keeps you roused enough that you never get down to the deep restorative levels of sleep. Keep asking questions.
