Help answer this question below.

How to gain weight? I'm 5'7'' and I weight 115. I want to gain 15 lbs. in one month. I was 110 and i managed to gain 5 lbs but I want to gain more. I use to smoke and drink and I stopped both. I'm also 20 and a female.

    It is not beneficial for a body to gain or lose weight rapidly. Why in one month? Are you an actress? I only have to look at a piece of cake and have one pound more the next morning....Stopping smoking is a good start. When I stopped smoking 26 years ago, I gained 25 pounds very quickly and never lost it. Don't overdo it, by just adding a slice of bread or eating a little more each meal you might reach your goal. Maybe you have to slow down in your activities and rest a little here and then...Good Luck!

    eat a normal north american diet!you'll be fatter than the fat they put in it in no time fat(no i did not miss the L in flat)

    Why do you want to gain weight? Unless your weight is positively unhealthy don't sweat it

    OTOH if you absolutely positively want to gain weight - try bodybuilding. Extra well-sculpted muscle a;ways looks good

    OK.

    Go to Walmart. Buy a backpack.

    Go to Lowes, or another hardware store. Buy four clay bricks.

    Put the bricks in the backpack and put the backpack on.

    Weigh yourself.

    That ought to add about 15 pounds, more or less, to your weight in a short period of time.

    Seriously, you need a balanced diet and exercise routine geared towards gaining the weight you wish in a healthy fashion. Trying to add so much weight in such a short time period is not only unrealistic, but problematic.

    in addition to everything you eat in a day, have a breakfast shake, carnation instant breakfast or something, it contains vitamnins and fat which would be benificial, also whats good about this is that it wouldn't involve changing your dietary habbits compleatly.

    Work out with weights...!!!

    Mucle weighs more than fat... but if your working out the lean mucle will give you better tone, strength and the weight you desire...!!! You don“t want to just put on fat...!!!

    Try working out every day, use a muscle building workout such as sprinting and power lifting not endurance running. Eat healthy, plenty of protiens carbs ect. If that doesnt work start drinking beer and eating fast food.
