Walk away - Walk away. If you told the new GF she will assume that just because you are the ex you are being mean and also a liar (her thoughts). Besides your EX BF needs to not tell you these sorts of things. Personally if one of my exes said they were cheating on a current I would say something like "I knew it, you cheat on everybody" turn and walkaway.

I can understand there being some frustration on your part but my answer would have to be do nothing. As far as I can see, it's none of your business.

That could have been you. A lot depends on how close you are to his girlfriend. But remember once you say something you are putting yourself in the middle and be ready to take what ever consequences comes your way.

...The hamster dance? It's not really your problem, now is it?

It's none of your business.

Be thankful he is your ex and stay out of it. :)
-
You need to do nothing but to stay out of his mess, and emphatically let him know that you're not interested in being splashed with his doodoo.
-
Nothing , just explain him how wrong it is… ahh and ask him if he cheated on you too.
-
Yeah, you should just let him know your opinion on the matter. Other than that, I really don't think you should do anything. If you tell her, you risk losing your ex's friendship(if you really care about him) and she may not believe you then your ex will just be pissed at you because she's giving him the third degree or whatever. Think of what consequences you face before your final decision.
