Katelyn, talk to your Dentist about it, some of those processes take the Enamel right off your teeth! just get your teeth cleaned and then get a Whitening toothpast to maintain and don't wast your money on the procedure- use it for a great pair of shoes!

Hi, I've just had it done by my dentist, who I assume is reputable and an expert at the job., It took two hours, over two visits, it actually hurts a bit, there is some pain that sseems to get into the nerve of the tooth, but is bareable, I think my teeth look much better, BUT, it isnt that cheap, well not in New Zealand any way !! Im pleased I had it done, so good luck with yoiur decision ! :)
