My son hurt his knee playing rugby at school today the school didnt phone home, made him walk about all day i took him to hospital after school to find out its fractured should i take it further i am very annoyed with the school.

That's kind of vague.Did he tell the nurse or report it to anybody?

He probably put a brave face on and pretended that his injury was minor - I know that's what I would have done - in which case what responsibility does the school have? For God's sake, let's not follow the US pattern where everybody sues everybody else at the drop of a hat, adding millions of dollars to the cost of healthcare. I'm with George Harrison on the subject of litigation.

I understand how you feel. My son was stabbed in the arm with a craft knife at school and no one even bothered to phone me. I found out when he came home and his shirt was covered in blood. I don't recommend suing any one but I would certainly speak to his school about it.
