Great question. I don't think I would like to find that particular fountain. I wouldn't want an endless supply of anything. I tried thinking of a good answer for this question, but I kept canceling them out. Joy, knowledge, pain, pleasure. None of them were good because it would leave the rest to be desired. If you were infinitely knowledgeable, you might want to 'not know' -- if you were constantly happy, you wouldn't get to experience grief. Pain was going to be my answer, an infinite amount of pain would surely let you appreciate everything in life, you might even be considered a god one day. But I cannot honestly say I wish for that.
