  • What?!! That is terribly expensive. Sorry not in Canada.
  • It shouldn't cost that much...you must be looking at private post-sec colleges. Check out Community College programs.....it will take longer, based on the semester system etc. but OSAP will cover. If the private schools are accredited by the provinical Ministry of Colleges and University, OSAP covers that too. The public library is a good resource for all college calenders of courses. Registered Massage Therapist is a profession....and people can get coverage under their health benefits. Do not disregard the importance of referral you might get from chiropractors, doctors, physiotherapists, which the non-accredited masseurs do not get.
  • hey im in canada. i know some educatio is so expensive but you are looking at three years. if you want to do massage as a profession you need to become an RMT due to the fact that you will make more money and be taken seriously [you will be registered with the Ontario[or province ] College of RMTS. you need to go to school for so long because you are dealing with biology and ppls muscles and bones. I know its expensive but you should be able to get a loan such as student assistance program or a line of credit from the bank.
