If I had knowledge they were fake of course not. That is illegal. If I used them unknowingly I could be held liable because "they" are cracking down on such cheaters/thieves..that's what they are. Just like counterfeit money. Once you're caught and branded a thief you carry that designation with you always. Not a good bet..you always lose. :)

Do you mean fake or counterfeit? Or both? Fake counterfeit is never fake nor counterfeit??? :) Edited after comment: If its fake, and when I don't know it is fake, I would obviously use it. And only if I get caught or if it doesn't work will I come to know that its fake.
