My 1year old Pitt Bull, Eva, won't eat. She was outside 2nights ago and we think she got a litle to cold overnight. She has not eaten in 2 days now. Unless you are sucking up loads off fee fee's fur off of the couch though, plain old vacuuming probably wont help much.

It depends, it is one of the signs, but you should have more (like missing a period) before you really start thinking that for sure. Depending on your age your body may still be adjusting to its hormone levels. Also, it seems our bodies do funny things sometimes just to trip us out. :)

Is there any way to get a deep-muscle bruise to heal faster? Ohhh..those are not fun. I used to get a monster one ever time I had to be injected with benedryl....I found that keeping the muscle relaxed as much as possible and warm compresses helped it quit hurting more quickly. It probably depends somewhat on how the bruise occurred. Also, Ibuprofen will help with swelling that may result from a bruise, for pain and any inflammation.

My 8 month old baby refuses to drink her formula or eat her iron fortified cereal. Is it alright to add vanilla or cinnamon to her cereal to encourage her to eat? Try adding fruit juice to the cereal first. It may have some of the sugars, but at least you have added vitamin C and other good things. It's best to wait as long as possible to get kids addicted to sugars and spices, though it's probably inevitable. Good luck.

My baby is 3 months old and he has suddenly stopped breastfeeding. Why is this happening? He also may have an ear ache. Sucking can hurt when they have earaches and so they may stop. If it wasn't for very long, just a day, you may have eaten something he REALLY didn't like. And tjatherton is correct also. Whatever the cause, I would take him to see your pediatrician. At least then you can know for sure (well, at least more certainly) what is going on.

How often do you breastfeed a seven month old baby? They may only need to be fed three times daily, but I tend to nurse on demand still as long as its not too ridiculous. Sometimes they just need comfort and want to cuddle. Or you may have a snacker. There is so much going on for them at this age that most babies wont take it to extremes. And milk (breast or formula) is still their main source of nutrition at this stage.

How long can it take for contractions to go from 15 minutes apart to 5 minutes apart? It can be days or it can be minutes. My second child was MUCH quicker than my first. Had I not already been in the hospital with them trying to enduce me, I probably would have had my little girl at home. I went from mild contractions to there she is in an hour. With my first (son), it took 24 hours. Just be very aware of what your body is doing during this time.

Why would you want to push away the people you love the most? Because you are doing something to hurt yourself and you don't want to hurt them or to have them try to change what you're doing. Or you're hurting and its one of those self loathing things....why do people do this? I really don't know, but we do. Kinda like pushing a bruise to see if it still hurts. Thanx Elitheeli, Well the thing is that the system is password protected from BIOS. When I switch on the system it ask me for the password at the very begining. Usually you can remove password by removing cell on board but Dell has'nt. If you can't jumper the board to reset it, it should have a disk for the bios. You should be able to go onto Dell and search for your computer by the numbers/letters on the back for specifics. Good luck!
