There are currently discussions going on in the UK about restricting the legal drinkin age to 21 rather than 18 in an effort to stop binge drinking in young people (ie persons under the legal drinking age). What are your views on this? I think that that's not going to change a single thing. It's just going to add an extra three year span where young people will still drink before they're allowed. I think having the drinking age at 18 is better than 21 because once you're ALLOWED to drink, it loses a lot of its novelty. People aren't as excited to do it when it's not a risk and an adventure.

Someone hit and killed our dog and left him in the road (at the end of the driveway!) If you accidentaly hit someone's dog, would you stop and check to see if the dog was okay? Take the time to notify the owner? That's awful...you poor thing. I would absolutely stop and make sure the dog received the care it needed and I would notify the owners.
