Answer to:
What is a postal code for Quebec?
Postal codes in Canada are 6 digit-long, alternating 1 letter and 1 number starting with a letter : X1X1X1.
The first letter of the postal code varies by province, starting east and going west, A being in Newfoundland and X in Yukon. Not all letters are valid in postal codes so they can't be mixed up with other similar ones (like F does not exist, because E does and they look alike). In...

Is it possible to be friends with someone and also enjoy cuddling and kissing? Or will that eventually ruin the friendship? My friend and I are in no place to start a relationship, but we love to be close... Is this going to fall apart?
I think any kind of relationship is possible because, after all, a relationship is whatever you define with another person. If you both agree to something and enjoy yourselves, and make everything clear from the start, I don't see a problem. Also, it is possible one of you 2 shifts opinion during the relationship and it is also very important for both of you to speak your minds and stay...

But seriously... 2 3 and 4 are all greatly connected to 1 so religion is really the source of all the other problems and debates. Someone that found what makes them happy in this life and went to get it, whether it's money (to some), love (to others), personal achievement, travels, charity, ... Empathy is an instinct, most definitely. Some are more drawn to it, others not, that's what the environment will influence. It's a tight battle between the comma and the ellipsis... I really don't know, both are quite common and if you count the ellipsis as one and not three every time, the comma could end up more frequently used. I have this habit of making long, stretchy sentences with many synonyms, examples, etc.

How long can you store tomato juice for?
For a long time certainly.... the ph of tomatoes is lower than most foods (at about 4.3) and the acidity of it keeps it from harmful bacterias for a longer period of time. Anything with tomatoes is preserved for a longer time. I wouldn't be able to tell an exact date, but if you have doubts about ANYTHING on the foods you are about to eat or drink, throw it away. Better invest another 2...

What do chefs do when they are bored at work?
LOL there is a problem if a chef is bored at work....!!!! means his business is not going well. If I was a chef bored at work, I'd be kicking my butt back the the plans and maybe do a restructuration of the restaurant...
...but often they just go out the back and smoke or just fool around with their colleagues making (often) dirty jokes.

I honestly always believe thinner slices look better tasting. Lol i don't know why ...
I'll take the one that looks more proportioned and aesthetically good looking. The one that is less mushy, the one that's not topping-less, and that ... is pretty.

Everyone is getting older every minute, but why do many people hate or fear getting old?
Because til' someone proves the contrary, we only have one life to live. I want to do as much, learn as much, see as much as I can and every birthday is a milestone that reminds you that the clock is ticking. That your body is getting weaker. That you have to race against time to get everything you wanted done done.

Why is there a "homophobia" category, and not a "hetero phobia" category
Heterophobia DOES exist. It is largely less known and less widespread, as only an estimated 10% (the gay people) of the population could possibly have it. Fewer heterosexuals are homophobic nowadays, even fewer homosexuals are heterophobic.
Homophobia is better known and out there because it is socially unacceptable in some areas per politic views and religious views to be homosexual....

In the DVD disc settings itself you mean? That is possible. You should make changes in your DVD player for that. Although note that some movies which are widescreen are even narrower than the screen you have, that would justify you having those stripes. But if you feel the picture is squished, compact, you should change settings in your DVD players menus. Consult the manual to know where...

If I'm not as busy as now with school, I normally have people once or twice a week and they often bring bottles of "x" alcohol with them, so I'd say once or twice a week. But after 2-3 drinks I'm done. Excess was when I was 16 and having fun. Now, I am too responsible and sensible to make such irrational choices.

Everyone that moves from one country to another is BOTH at the same time.

How much does it take to 'push your buttons'?
Depends! The sex buttons or the anger buttons?
Sex buttons : it does take a lot ... well in fact it does take someone with rythm and fantastic body communication.
Anger buttons : doesn't take much on certain stuff. There are buttons as huge as a fist you shouldn't touch, and others which you could play with a while before i'm annoyed :)

Morality though is less influenced by inner causes. Since everything is neutral from the start and only humans can give a positive or negative value to things/events, it necessarily has to be acquired. Acquired from the parents and society in general through their learning of bad and good.

Why do my questions on virginity get more answers and points than my questions on Kosovo, Darfur and the United Nations?
Because everybody knows about virginity. Not everybody knows about the other stuff you ask. Although maybe more constructive as questions, they are too complicated and out of my league. Therefore I never answer those and read the next ones... I know N O T H I N G on those situations... and am not very interested in them either :(

Freya : 3/10
Aurelia : 8.5/10
Freya would sound weird in french because it resembles other words... even in english... freight for instance. It sounds really old and i'd hate to be a 10-12 year old with that name.
Aurelia sounds pretty for any age. It's nice for a little girl and a woman. Sounds classy too.

Simple enough question but an almost impossible answer. Science or Religion and why?
I don't see the impossibility in this question. Science :) ...and if the choice is greater than those two, I'd say philosophy. Because thought is better than belief.

Because bitterness (just like balsam vinegar, beer and coffee) is the last taste in your buds that develops and that you come to appreciate. The first one is sugar (no wonder kids like candy so much ;) )

Do you think it is bad for a child to grow up to fast?
If you mean growing up in terms of maturity, I do not think so. They will acquire more experience and knowledge than the average and that is not bad in any way.
If you mean growing up as in "tall", it is shown that the earlier the better for boys as their self-esteem will be better. They will be stronger, taller, and better in sports than their average and therefore it will benefit...

I'm thinking of doing something drastic. How do you file a complaint against a user who CONSTANTLY harasses you here? And how fast does the AB administration act on such a complaint? I've ignored him but HE simply wouldn't stop.
If you tried telling the person himself, feedback (at the bottom of any AB page) is the way to go. But it's sad someone harrasses you, you're such a great person :)
I don't know how fast admin will work on it, but everything I feedbacked on was answered within 72 hours.

I am renting out a room in my house to a 19 year old. Last night he snuck in a guy that spent the night without my knowledge or consent. I tried to kick him out today and he refused. I believe he put my safety in question. Do I have any rights?
In quebec you wouldn't! If you rent a room to someone, they have the right to keep anyone or anything in that room and you would have no say as to what they use the room for, unless it is disturbing (noisy, smelly, etc) or unless it has caused you trouble (stolen stuff etc) outside their room... They PAY for it after all! So it is your house, but it is THEIR room. But it is just one guy,...

Because those who caused it have money to shut other people up and are those who made the law. And it really is a sad thing justice treats people like that. I'd love the Louvre because it is the most famous and holds the greatest masterpieces. The meuseum itself is a piece of art. I went and loved EVERY aspect of it.

I'd pick the british museum since I wouldn't live in france. Hated parisian people. They obnoxious, snobbish... english people are so open minded kind and VERY sociable. More my kind of people. And london is...

To this question : http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/459713 , i would say A). And I am a rather extreme A). So, although I do think the creation and invention is quite interesting, not that I would feel irritated with it, just that I would end up really eating one after the other and thus maybe missing the real essence of such a dish.

Naked... oh wait! I am. lol
Very peaceful and free. I LOVE having people around me, I am VERY close to people when I am with them. I love sharing and opening myself and my home to them, but when they leave and I'm alone, I feel all comfy and well... It's a complete different state of mind :) You can just disconnect from whatever you don't want...

I just had my hair chemically straightened. it was super wavy and now really straight! (yay!!) are there any tips out there to make my hair softer and healthier? it is quite dry from the damage and chemicals.
I LOVE having my hair chemically straightened... I have my appointment tomorrow :D
Just make sure to be very delicate with heat (blow dryers), excessive brushing, etc...
Let your hair dry naturally for a little while, use conditionner for dry hair and anything that has "vitamins" "ginko biloba" "whatever extract" is just a hack, don't go with that kind...

Being chased and unable to find something happens now and then.

I think that people convicted of trollism should be banned and points restored to the victims of such terrible acts. There should be a log book of downraters and those that go at it too intensely and senselessly should be punished because they just make the experience less fun.
Like the top pointers of the week, there should be a top downraters too...

Yes it could make sense. You have insomnia and yet you have trouble falling into deep sleep when you DO fall asleep. Dreams occur in the lightest type of sleep, otherwise known as ROM sleep (rapid eye movement) AKA paradoxal sleep. If you wake up during that type of sleep (you have 4 different types of sleep that come in cycle), you will remember your dreams. You DO dream every night. But now,...

Whats the point of decaf coffee? Isn't that like non-drowsy sleeping pills?
If you like the taste or sleeping pills, then yes it's the same thing lol.
Taking coffee has many intents behind it that could differ from one to another. Sometimes, drinking coffee is for the taste of it, some other times just for a social meeting (meeting friends to chat around a cup of coffee, a date...), and sometimes to just wake up. If you drink coffee for A or B, you might not...

What is the "Moderation" category on my point board at the right of the page?
When you flag a question or an answer as being inappropriate, you might get 5 points if the "judges" decide you were right. Each category gives you the amount of (question, answer, moderation, comment) you gave since the beginning, then the amount of points you made out of it, and the amount (%) that were judged useful.
So lets say you flagged 4 questions as being inappropriate, 2...

I don't feel it's a responsibility for me more than a need and a desire. Responsibility has the hard meaning of "burden" it seems. Ok. Errr NO and I really am the over-romantic person.
I think NOT opening the car door ISN'T rudeness, and I think that OPENING the car door is a little too much. Just like pulling the girl's chair...
Other gestures like UNLOCKING the door for her BEFORE you get in the car IS very important because it does show consideration and she most probably can't do THAT herself (she...

Depending on the culture of course...
Many Italians stay with their parents for a long long time seemingly, as well as other cultures.

Indeed men act weird around women they like. They just really don't know how to act/react.
There's a freudian theory that would work well to explain this. (although I don't necessarily buy all what Freud said, this one illustrates it well)

No, not at all. I think all those pop psy stuff based on names are working on one thing (and most probably this factor makes it right some of the time) :

Did you try moving the wire around and see if you can get a better contact, see if theres a flaw in the wire itself? Maybe another plug in the wall? Theres visibly some kind of contact since it does light up the orange light, but it's lost so it's fragile for some reason. Maybe a loose part...

Time is universal.
Therefore your subjective perception of it will not influence its fundamental basis.
Your perception of it might change if you do stuff that distract your mind from objectiveness, but to others exterior to you, time will remain unchanged by your rapid succession of things.

Like everything else in life, it's good if consumed with moderation. Cheese has a lot of calcium and other bacterial cultures that help your body in ways other foods can't, but one other thing : they have sometimes over 20% of fat in them! It is very hard to classify a person in either or because the line you are talking about is a continuum, thus making it impossible to determine a quantity of "manliness" it would take to INSTANTLY fall into either category.
I think a transgender is someone that has the clear intent of diminishing their own sex' attributes in the GOAL of looking more like the opposite sex,...
