Today down at Tantopia, they had these little teeth whitener gel things. If your teeth are exposed directly to the bulbs, will they automatically whiten, even without the gel? No, you need the gel to complete the treatment but don't do laser whitening it is sooooo expensive. I work for a dental office and buying a whitening kit with bleaching trays is much cheaper and just as effective.

My scar on my shoulder now has itched since the stiches have been taken out, i have a scar compound i put on 2 times a day to make redness go away but it still itches to no end. Whats something i could put on it so it wont itch? The itching is just a sign of healing which is a good thing. any anti itch cream that does not have an irritant will help as well as putting some baby powder on it.

I am just learning how to crochet and I am practicing chains but I am seeing that some of my stitches are loose and other times I am having trouble pulling the hook through the loop. Perhaps a bigger hook? I'm using G and perhaps having more tension? when you are a beginner it is hard to make all your chains looke the same. you have to make sure to count your chains and try to make them as tight or loose as the last one. there are lots of books out there about crocheting that will help. you dont necessarilly need a different gage but you might try it if you want tighter or looser chains....hope this was helpful
