are you talking about Pest Trap specifically? do they have a Dell? Our IT guys told me someone called they earlier with the same garbage infection on a SERVER! What a pain.

i spent from 10:30 to 2:30 on the damn thing. Dell has a special reset - can you reset your friends emachine? I had to turn off the computer and at the intialization DELL screen press CNTRL and Fll and restore and agree to what it asks.
