    Disagree.

The statement would seem to be self-refuting.

    Absolute certainty "IS".

The copula "IS" would indicate a universal statement, and since universal statements suppose absolute certainty and absolute certainty is a privilege of the uneducated and fanatical we must conclude that C.J. Keyser by his own reasoning is privileged with the mind of an uneducated fanatic.
