Is it your civic duty to vote every time there is an election of some sort, and does it matter whether you do or do not?

    No! We don't need "everyone" voting! If you are uninformed on the issues then you should absolutly refrain from voting! Why would we want people voting who know nothing about the issues?

    I also think that only the people pulling the cart should vote...you should only be permitted to vote if you pay taxes and not on welfare.
