How do you get rid of overall body fat? Are there regimines that target specific areas?

    Generally, the body part that gets the most movement has the least fat. Look at fat people. Their ankles are skinny because they have to walk to eat. Their wrists are skinny because they have to feed themselves. Folks will say that those areas dont naturally gain weight. But I say, movement is the key to losing weight.
