Help answer this question below.

I'm 16 and I want to date a boy who's almost 14. The only thing is he's my neighbor and my brothers best friend. Hes also younger than my brother. I just don't know if my brother would be mad or what my parents would say.. Help?

    Well is the boy interested in you as well? If so have a talk to your family about it and how you feel and see what they say so it won't come as a shock.
