What was the worst on-stage mishap that ever happened to you or someone you saw?

    Well,last year,I few girls were doing a traditional fijian dance on stage and they had to wear a jiamba,which is basicly two pieces of masi(which is like cloth,its made from mangrove trees,its sorta like very very thick paper) one for wearing around their chest and the other is worn like a skirt,there are no pins or anything involved in keeping the masi up,its just tied up like a knot.Anyway,while doing this dance,one of the girls masi peices on her chest came loose and fell off,this was infront of the whole school,teachers,parents and loads of other people!,it must've been terible for her,I really feel sorry for her,this was all happening while like 6 cameras where rolling and everything,Luckily another girl quickly came up and re-tied the masi.
