I'm obsessed with the universe, you got no idea how much i like to chat about it, did you know our Galaxy the MilkyWay is a giant black hole?

    • Close. The galaxy itself isn't a black hole, but rather it contains a super massive black hole at the center. And scientists say that there are many smaller black holes scattered throughout the rest of the galaxy.

    • There may even be micro holes... black holes with event horizons smaller than an atom, though they supposedly evaporate shortly after being created.

    • And if that is indeed the case, they're being created and undone quite frequently in our atmosphere, thanks to cosmic rays.
