Ive consulted a doctor about my weight issue, i gain but eat healthy and correct portions, not alot of sugar or caffine. Work out by waking up early and doing that at school. What part of my body is making me gain weight not lose it?

I lost 60 pounds 1 year ago and I have kept it off. I read a book that I highly recommend. It's called
"You-on a diet" It is all about why the human body is not designed to diet, and what happens to your body when you do diet. I've discovered that the only true way to lose weight is by making a committed lifestyle change and by burning more calories that you take in.
