Help answer this question below.

Is it okay to take 600MG of Ibuprofen, which would be 3 caplets, and use diet Coke instead of water to help swallow the pills?

    More than two caplets should only be taken if a doctor tells you to. Painkillers have side effects--they make the liver work harder, among other things.

    • Cola works, but the liver strain is why it's best to drink water when taking these types of OTC pain relievers, to take care of your body.
