Can you explain to me the "EVIL MONKEY" on Family Guy? I don't get it, is it a reference from somewhere else?

    He's this character that started out as a long running joke. They did eventually give him a back story. He is actually really nice. He got divorced from his wife and lost his house so he moved into Chris's closet. He always pointed cos he was trying to make conversation and he shakes cos he said he "has a copper deficiency". As far as I'm aware it isn't in reference to anything else. He's just a character.
