You're reading All UK horse owners are now required to microchip and passport their horses. passports to accompany them to vet, shows etc.What do you think of this.

Travelling 10 miles to a local show or to the vet? nothing to do with smuggling, its because horses are food animals in EU.vets have to note drugs given in the passport.
Police can stop us.Fine us.
Mine was stolen from the car. cost $85 to replace it, if it happens again. $174 .
Micro chip is about $80.You have to callout a vet to complete the form, About $80 and then it costs $50 to register passport.
