What is the difference in the two types of footballs used in an NFL?

    The kicking footballs are kept sealed before kicks to prevent players from tampering with them. Years ago kickers would doctor the balls doing stuff such as putting them in freezers or microwaves to adjust the air pressure or they'd deflate them slightly. They would also do stuff like take sandpaper to the surface.
